Existing since 2005, Heaven Casino was previously called Casino Joy. It is owned and operated by InTouch Casino Limited and licensed by Lotteries and Gaming Authority Malta. It operates on Boss Media software, which is a really good provider known nowadays as GTECH G2. The casino’s site has a sleek, colorful design that makes using it a really pleasant experience, even though finding certain information on the site proved to be troublesome.
The casino uses a payment processing system provided by WebDollar. It is secured by the WebDollar Security system, which encrypts and decrypts transmitted information using proprietary security algorithm. What is more, it uses 128-bit SSL encryption to further protect all financial transactions. Additionally, the casino has been audited and certified by TST, although there are no payout reports on the site.
While the selection of games on Boss Media software is not the biggest, they are definitely fun and enjoyable to play. Players can choose from slots, table and card games, video poker and some impressing jackpots. The games have really nice graphics and animations. The casino can be played either instantly on the site or after downloading and installing software.
The welcome bonus in this casino is rather disappointing. It’s a 100% Bonus up to €100 that has a wagering requirement of 40x deposit + bonus amount. That’s a big requirement and a small reward in comparison to most online casinos. Thankfully, the casino has a number of other promotions that should make a longer stay more enjoyable.
Heaven Casino supports most of the popular methods used by players. This includes credit cards, bank transfer and e-wallets. Some of the options are: NETELLER, Paysafecard, Click2Pay, Clickandbuy, UKash and more. There’s definitely a good amount of methods to pick from. The withdrawal limit in this casino is $10,000 per month, which may seems rather harsh.
The support in this casino is available from 9:00 – 23:00 GMT, from Monday to Saturday and 9:00 – 01:00 on Sunday. You can contact the support team by using the live chat application or by e-mail. To our disappointment there are no phone numbers that could be used for a more direct contact. The casino also has a quite comprehensive FAQ section that answers a lot of questions that players tend to ask.
Heaven Casino could be a very good site if it didn’t suffer from certain drawbacks. Even though the games it offers are very nice, their number is quite small and leaves you wishing there were more choices. The welcome bonus is weak and will have problems attracting new players. Finally, withdrawal limits and limited customer support close to the list of disappointing elements in this casino.

The new poker platform is mobile compatible and available at the App Store. It has been completely rewritten and redesigned in order to add new features.
The iPad tablet product has been created with thumb-based gameplay in mind. This means that all the functions can be performed using only the thumb, allowing the screen to stay in the preferred landscape position. It also uses swipes, taps and gestures in order to simulate natural tablet handling.

Gtech Corporation announced that the company has achieved recertification for the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) Standards Initiative (NSI) certification program for Quality Assurance best practices.
Certification in the program ensures that quality management processes have been audited and that Gtech has proved conformance to the NSI Certification Program Conformance Requirements documents QA Development Process 1.0 and QA Requirements Definition for Vendors 1.0. According to the NASPL, best practices are intended to “provide both lotteries and vendors with simple, documented, and approved methods for ensuring quality in the software and requirements development processes.” GTECH was certified in the NSI certification program for Quality Assurance for the first time in 2009. Recertification is required every two years. „Achieving recertification is a testament to GTECH's commitment to quality in our lottery products and services we provide to our customers everyday,” said Matthew Whalen, GTECH Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. „Vendors and lotteries committed to a common set of standards and best practices benefits the entire industry by promoting interoperability and improving quality and efficiencies associated with delivering, operating, and maintaining lottery systems.” „NASPL holds this certification in very high esteem, and are very appreciative that GTECH has been such a strong supporter of the NASPL Standards Initiative,” said David Gale, NASPL Executive Director. „They, along with other vendor organizations and the Association, have been a true supporter of this very important industry-wide effort.” The NSI is a collaborative effort, with participation from the lotteries, gaming vendors, and retail associations in the development of standards, best practices, and certification and verification programs for the lottery industry. Currently, two lottery vendors are certified and four NASPL member lottery jurisdictions are verified under the QA Requirements Definition NSI practice.
