Dutch Remote Gambling Act has been put into doubt when its founder Fred Teeven State Secretary for Justice announced his resignation from the position.
The case becomes even more complicated owing to the next week country elections which will have a great impact on the creation of the new Senate in May. The Dutch Remote Gambling Act must be first passed by the Dutch House of Representatives, and then it will be handed to the new Senate in order to be considered for introduction into law.
